  • Internationally renowned Islamic preacher Mohammed Hoblos has reportedly been barred from the U.K., according to GB News.
  • Following viewer complaints and the submission of video clips by GB News, shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp urged blocking Hoblos from entering the UK.

Internationally renowned Lebanese-Australian da’ee Mohammed Hoblos was previously banned in the Netherlands and Germany.

“Viewers reached out to me about him”, said Christys during a segment aired on GB News yesterday evening.

“We sent the Home Office loads of video clips of these two preachers”, (Christys was eluding here to Mufti Muneer and Mohammed Hoblos”. “Now earlier today, shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp wrote to Yvette Cooper”.

He said: “I write to ask you to take immediate steps to block the entry of Islamist hate preacher Mohammed Hoblos”.

“I think it's fair to say that this would not have happened if we had not applied massive pressure. So I'll just say that again. It appears that the Home Office will now take steps to block Mohammed from coming to the UK”. Christys said during the live broadcast.

The Werneth Suite in Manchester was scheduled to host Mohammed Hoblos for a lecture in Manchester. This event was scheduled during Ramadan and was organised by One Ummah charity. The event  has now been cancelled.
