During Tuesday’s (26 March) episode of his widely followed podcast ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, Joe Rogan boldly characterised Israel’s actions in Gaza as a “genocide”.
Renowned for its vast listenership, Rogan’s podcast serves as a platform for candid discussions on pressing issues. In conversation with comedian Kurt Metzger, he delved into the ongoing atrocities in Gaza, condemning the actions of the Israeli government.
Reflecting on the gravity of the situation, Rogan questioned the moral stance of Zionists who condone the massacre, particularly in light of the Holocaust’s profound impact on the Jewish community.
Addressing the Israeli government, Rogan remarked:
“You’re saying that genocide is okay as long as we’re doing it. And you’re saying that from the perspective of someone who literally went through the Holocaust or your people, your tribe. You went through the Holocaust and now you’re willing to do it?”
Rogan’s outspoken condemnation of Israel’s actions underscores the urgency of addressing the dire humanitarian crises which continues to unfold in Gaza. As his remarks resonate across platforms, they spark important conversations about morality, and the pursuit of justice on a global scale.
