● Banned Pro-Palestinians Protests: yet thousands defy the ban in solidarity with the Palestinians
● TV Viewers start a boycott: for the first time in the history of French TV, a boycott is started in protest of the one-sided media. Is the French taxpayer funding the ethnic cleaning in Gaza?
“The country of the freedom of speech” as they like to call themselves, is the only country in the world, which has banned protests that are in favour of Palestine. Indeed, the current Secretary of State Gerald Moussa Darmanin, whose Algerian grandfather fought in the French army against the Algerians, decided that it would be illegal to express publicly any solidarity with the Palestinians.
During the disastrous Champions League match in Paris in which 30 to 40,000 English supporters did not have any tickets or were given fake ones, M. Darmanin was in charge and instead of taking his responsibilities, he preferred to blame “the English”.
He was also accused by a woman for asking her for sexual favours in exchange for a council flat. The investigation had not even been closed when he became the Head of the Police as Secretary of State, in charge of the same people who were supposed to investigate his case.
Protesters have rebelled against the ban and faced the police, resulting in multiple arrests.
Following the many complaints, the Conseil d’Etat reviewed the ban and cancelled it but the criminalization of the support to Palestine is still going very strong.
A famous TV program called “Touche Pas a Mon Poste”, a hybrid between a talk-show and reality TV show and whose first mission was only to comment on TV programs, has started to become the spearhead for the extreme-right by offering debates on sensitive subjects like immigration, unemployment, poverty and similar topics. Cyril Hanouna is a controversial presenter, proud to be vulgar and aggressive as this is the way he sees the average working-class French citizen. Since his show started over 10 years ago , he never had a single minute of his program dedicated to the multiple massacres perpetuated by Israel in Palestine. However, this time, things are different as this is the first time that Israel has been attacked by Palestinians in retaliation for its occupation. Cyril Hanouna whose entire team is Zionist, made sure that any trace of support towards the Palestinian people would be immediately seen as suspicious.
He then carried on with a witch-hunt, demanding celebrities of Muslim, Arab and African origin, to firmly condemn Hamas. He clearly targeted and named people like the footballers Karim Benzema and Kyllian Mbappe and the actor Omar Sy.
Karim Benzema decided to sue the Secretary of State, Gerald Moussa Darmanin, who accused him on French TV to be a member of the Muslim brotherhood, simply because he tweeted his support to the victims of Gaza. Karim Benzema currently lives in Saudi Arabia where this group is banned.
So far, M. Darmanin was unable to produce any evidence supporting his claim.
However, Cyril Hanouna went too far when he invited the politician Karim Zeribi who has been on his show many times before. M. Zeribi was faced with a famous Zionist publicist, Franck Tapiro, who patronised him and disrespected him repeatedly.
This event really infuriated the public opinion, as many of the viewers are sympathizers of the Palestinian cause and could not bear to see such an attack on one of the rare guests trying to look at both sides.
Disgusted by the daily show giving only the Israeli point of view, TV viewers reacted by launching a boycott hashtag on twitter and Cyril Hanouna lost hundreds of thousands of viewers instantly! Some of the companies who paid for their ads to be shown during the break, withdrew their participation and money, forcing Hanouna to hypocritically pretend that he was also letting the other side express itself.
The program has lost more than half a million viewers and it is getting worse every day. For once, the viewers are showing some strength and rebellion to the French Media which have consistently been pro-Israel. Their objective is to put an end altogether to the program.
Recently, a Zionist lawyer called Sarah Saldmann who complained on TV that there had not been enough “goyim” in a pro-Israel protest, created an outrage online after she asked for donations to be sent to Tsahal, the Israeli army. What upset many is that she explained how the donators would get a tax reduction following their donations. This means that this is the French taxpayer who is ultimately financing this genocide, whereas the Zionist entity already received financial support from its western allies, with a huge $14 billion given lately by the US government. We should no longer call is Israel but USrael!
Here again we have double standards from the French authorities: Julie Rivault is a French grand-mother who lost 2 of her grand-children in this genocide, 10 year-old Jannah and 7 year-old Obayda. Her daughter who reverted to Islam and has now only a 2 year-old boy left, fled to Palestine after France prosecuted her for fundraising for the benefit of an Islamic NGO. No more information on the case was communicated but it seems that funding Tsahal is fine while funding NGOs who help victims in Muslim countries is seen as an act of terrorism.
Also, numerous are the Franco-Israeli citizens who leave France to join Tsahal and fight the Palestinians. Any Muslim who only dares supporting the Palestinian people is publicly attacked and associated with the Hamas, even when their actions have been firmly condemned. The conservative politician Valérie Boyer even asked whether it was possible to remove the French nationality from Karim Benzema because of his tweet. Joining the Palestinians in their fight the way those French citizens are doing with Tsahal is therefore unthinkable.
Nili Naouri, lawyer and president of the association “Israel is Forever” said on TV that “there are no innocent civilians in Palestine”, justifying the current genocide of innocent women and children. No charge has ever been made against her and it is unlikely there will be any.
France pretends to be an old ally of Muslim and Arab countries.
Yet, there is more freedom of speech against the zionists in Israel itself than there is in “the country of freedom of speech”.
